  1. Make rec­ommendations to the Senate on stan­dards for Departmental By-laws
  2. Review Departmental By-laws and Amendments approved by depart­ments and make recommendations for Senate action
  3. Make recommendations to the Senate on alleged infrac­tions of Departmental By-laws
