Professor Sarah Chinn received a new fellowship from the Council of the American Antiquarian Society. Here's an excerpt from her acceptance letter:
It is with great pleasure that I inform you that the Council of the American Antiquarian Society has awarded you $2000 in order that you may spend four weeks between June 1, 2025 and May 31, 2026, at the American Antiquarian Society as a Juston Schiller Fellow for your project “Cripping Child Labor: Disabled Working Children in mid-19th Century US Children's Fiction.”
