The Guggenheim is a museum dedicated to collecting and preserving modern and contemporary art. Designed by the influential American architect Frank Lloyd Wright and completed in 1959, the Guggenheim has a unique spiral layout to display the artworks. The museum uses this iconic rotunda to display large temporary exhibits, and also maintains galleries for its permanent collection of work from the late 19th century to the present. The museum is located on Museum Mile, just a short subway ride away from Hunter College.
Nakamori himself has visited Hunter for a career insights event, talking with students about his career path.
