As part of the Student Achievement unit in the Dean’s Office—and in collaboration with academic departments and other campus partners—Chloe Rinehart supports data collection, analysis, and assessment efforts aimed at enhancing student success, continuous improvement, and accreditation needs. She works to make data on student achievement more accessible through reports and visuals, and designs and conducts focus groups and surveys to better understand the student experience.
Chloe brings more than a decade of experience in applied research, data analysis, and program evaluation, with a longstanding focus on college access and student success. Prior to joining Hunter, she managed evaluation projects for federal programs like GEAR UP at the evaluation firm Metis Associates and led organization-wide data, research, and evaluation efforts at the youth development nonprofit Apex for Youth. She holds a BA in Political Science and Latin American Studies from Wesleyan University.
