Project Success

Are you on academic probation? We're here to help! Project Success is an interactive seminar designed to support you in building strong study skills, managing your time effectively and setting achievable goals in a supportive group environment. How it works:

  • attend interactive workshops and meetings online or in person – check your Hunter email for dates and times for the upcoming semester
  • led by expert staff who offer support and fresh perspectives
  • Zoom links sent out to students who sign up for online sessions

Important: This program is only for students who have been placed on academic probation for the semester. If you previously completed Project Success, you don't need to sign up again.

Common Problem Areas We Address

  • Time Management – Plan your schedule to fit in study time.
  • Stress Management – Explore different ways to reduce stress and anxiety so you can grow and achieve academically.
  • Taking Better Classroom Notes – Teach you how to identify the important points without writing down every word.
  • Thinking Styles/Learning Styles – Matching the way you think with how you learn best.
  • Testing-Taking Skills – Learn to study for essay, short answer and multiple choice tests.
