Cooking Class – East African Vegan Dishes
This virtual cooking class with Chef Henrietta will help you create delicious and nutritious meals at home, while you become acquainted with African cuisine.
Menu: Fried Cassava, Pilau (aromatic basmati rice with an assortment of vegetables), East African Lentil Curry**, Ebinyebwa (peanut stew)**
