Cooking Class – Taste of Africa
This virtual cooking class with Chef Henrietta will help you create delicious and nutritious meals in your home, while you become acquainted with African cuisine.
Menu: Coconut Rice/ Jollof Rice, Mchuzi Ya Samaki (fish curry), Sukuma Wiki (braised spiced kale with tomatoes, chickpeas), Samosas (spiced potatoes and peas), Sambrosa Selit (date pastry)
