John T. Rose is the Dean for Diversity and Compliance at Hunter College, responsible for implementing the Affirmative Action Plan and ensuring equal employment practices. He is an honor graduate of Hunter College and Harvard Law School. Prior to his current role, John held senior executive positions in the entertainment and sports industries, including senior HR roles at ABC and ESPN. He also served as Senior VP at the NBA, where he launched new departments, including Human Resources and Player Marketing, and was the NBA's first General Counsel.

Dr. Marcia Cantarella is President of Cantarella Consulting. She has served as Associate Dean at Hunter College, Dean at Princeton, and on the Dean’s staff at NYU, focusing on academic advisement, career development, and diversity programs. With 15 years at Avon in Public Affairs and Marketing, she applies her corporate experience to higher education. She holds a doctorate in American Studies from NYU and has taught at Princeton, Hunter, and NYU. She is also active on several advisory boards and has been recognized by various community organizations.
