"The Administrative Committee of the Senate shall consist of the Chair, Vice Chair, and Secretary of the Senate, together with four at-large members elected from its voting members. The election for the at-large seats on the Administrative Committee shall follow immediately after the elections of the Officers of the Senate (Article V. Section 1). The Administrative Committee shall reflect a diversity of representation. There shall be no more than one faculty member from one department and not more than two from a division as defined in Article IV, 1B. The Chair of the Senate shall be the Chair of this Committee..."
