A team of Computer Science undergraduate students from Hunter College has secured first place in the Health track of the 2025 Hack Knight hackathon. The winning team includes Tedd Lee and Nakib Abedin, both Macaulay Honors students, Muslim Hussaini, a Daedalus Scholar, and Ishmam Khan. Their innovative project, GreenByte, impressed judges with its impact and technical execution.

The team is now preparing for Hacklytics, and we wish them the best of luck! In addition, Hunter students claimed first place overall at the prestigious CUNY x Bloomberg BPuzzled event, an annual logic-based puzzle competition hosted by Bloomberg. The victorious team consisted of Tedd Lee, Ashraful Mahin, Alif Rahman, and Nakib Abedin. Their success has earned them an invitation to the Global BPuzzled competition, where they will compete in March 2025 against students from top universities, including Harvard, UPenn, and Cornell Tech. Congratulations to all the winners, and we look forward to seeing their continued success!
