Project Description
Renovations to the existing 1,200 square foot space in Rooms 1410 and 1411 will include the installation of specialized HVAC and fume hoods specifically designed for this type of laboratory. New laboratory equipment and furniture will also be installed, and all associated plumbing and electrical work will be updated. New hollow metal doors, piping for gas and compressed air, sprinkler heads with associated piping, fire alarm devices and CCTV hardware will be added or upgraded to maximize safety and efficiency.
