The goal of Admitted Students Day is to picture yourself as a Hunter Hawk. Explore our urban campus, hear from students, meet faculty, and learn why we are one of the top value colleges in the country.

The Value of a Hunter Education

Topics: Setting up Your Student for Success
Intended for: Parents, Guardians, Supporters

This session will showcase how we set up your students for financial success and put them in a position of strength to pursue their academic and professional goals. We will break down the finances, different funding opportunities, and more using real student examples. Intended for parents, guardians, and supporters, but all are welcome to attend.

The Hunter Student Experience

Topics: Residence Life | Student Life | Off-Campus Opportunities | Student Activities | Athletics & Recreation | Study Abroad | Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Initiatives
Intended for: All Students

One of Hunter’s greatest assets is undeniably its location, the Upper East Side neighborhood of New York City. Whether you grew up in NYC, or you are an up-and-coming New Yorker, your life at Hunter will be intertwined with the city itself through internships, class outings, and social events. The variety of student-life opportunities at Hunter reflects the interests of our diverse student community. Intended for: Transfer students and their families

Are you transferring to Hunter? This session is for you. Learn about making a successful transition to the Hunter community, how your credits will transfer, and special resources on campus. You’ll also hear from students who have transferred before you so you can learn from their experience.

Getting Here

Students and guests should enter Hunter's North Building Lobby entrance on East 69th Street (between Lexington and Park Avenues). Please note, this building spans the entire block. Look out for staff in Hunter College shirts!
