Transfer Credit Evaluation Timeline
Transfer credit evaluation process can take 3-4 weeks after your commitment and deposit (if required) have been received. Once completed and ready for review, you will be notified via email. Please be sure to check your spam/junk folder.
Where can I see my Completed Transfer Credit Evaluation?
Students who were alerted that evaluation was complete via email can see their completed evaluation in CUNYfirst.
Please log into CUNYfirst go to the Academic Records Box >> click on View Transfer Credit Report

How to Re-Evaluate Your Credits
If you wish to have a specific course applied to your degree rather than applied as an elective, you will need to obtain a course equivalency from the appropriate academic department.
In order to obtain a course equivalency, you must submit a syllabus or course description from your previous institution along with a copy of your Hunter transfer credit evaluation record to the appropriate academic department. The departmental advisor/chairperson will determine if the course has a Hunter College equivalent.
College Credits while in High School
If you took AP, IB, or CLEP, and do not see the courses on your evaluation, please make sure to submit your official tests scores.
