Immunization Deadline
Submit proof of immunization to the Office of Immunization Records today. Otherwise, you will be assigned a grade of Administrative Withdrawal (WA) for non-compliance with immunization requirements. For assistance with your immunizations, or to submit records of previous immunizations, please visit Immunization Records.
Deadline for Proof of Immunization
Administrative withdrawal ("WA" grades) will be assigned for non-compliance with immunization requirements. All incoming students taking 6 or more credits must submit proof of MMR vaccinations and the Meningococcal Vaccination Response Form. The Office of Immunization Records can assist you with questions about your proof of immunization. Email wellness@hunter.cuny.edu, or call 212.772.4800.

Proof of MMR Immunization Due
All students must provided proof of the required MMR/measles, mumps, and rubella immunizations. If you don't, you may be withdrawn from classes, and will be assigned "WA" grades. Learn more. Visit the Office of Immunization Records for more information.
Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination Due
If you are taking in-person or hybrid classes, you must upload proof of your COVID-19 vaccination. If you don't, you may be withdrawn from classes. This can impact your financial aid and make you ineligible for refunds for courses.. See CUNY's Student Guide to Vaccination Verification for more information.
