In an Emergency:

When Reporting Any Incident Involving a Physical Confrontation or Violent Act
Provide your name, location, telephone number.
Explain the situation to the public safety officer in detail.
Provide information on any injuries if known.
What To Do
Do NOT interfere with combatants.
If possible, issue verbal commands to STOP or cease activity.
Make note of how many people are involved or witnesses to the event.
Make note if any weapons are involved.
Do you know any of the participants?
Attend to victims, if possible.
Help clear bystanders from danger.
If someone is running away from the scene, take note of:
The direction they are running,
If a vehicle is entered: (the color, make and model, license plate number, number of passengers, direction vehicle was heading).
REMEMBER that weapons may be involved.
