The Ability to Benefit (ATB) test is an alternative pathway for students without a high school diploma or high school equivalency diploma to qualify for enrollment at a college and receive federal financial aid.
Accuplacer ESL is a computer adaptive test designed for English language learners. The results of the test will be used to determine proficiency and placement so that students may receive the support needed to be successful in their courses. The College-Level Examination Program (CLEP) allows individuals to earn college credit by demonstrating their knowledge in certain subjects through standardized testing. There are 34 exams that cover introductory level college course material. With a passing score on one CLEP exam, students can earn three or more college credits.
The Math Placement test otherwise known as the ACCUPLACER Advanced Algebra and Functions (AAF) is an optional test students can take if they believe their math milestone does not match their math level. Students can appeal their Math Milestone by taking the AAF. Placement into Level 2 courses also requires the Calculus Readiness Test (CRT).
