CUNY Paris Exchange

For many college students, studying for a semester or a year at the University of Paris is a lifelong dream. For over thirty years, the New York/Paris Exchange Program has been helping to make this dream come true for thousands of students at Queens College and the other campuses of CUNY.

Academics

This program is open to undergraduate and graduate students in all disciplines who are full-time CUNY students who have already spent one semester at CUNY and have a GPA of 2.65 or better. The program does not have a language requirement, except for French majors/minors, who must have 3 French classes before participating.

Courses are available in French and in English. Please find more detailed course information at the Queens College website.

Students receive elective credits for all the work they complete on the program.

Program Highlights

A three-week intensive French language course and orientation is offered by the program in September and January before the French university semesters begin. Students are highly encouraged to take this introductory course in Paris.
