Amir Rasoulpour is a New York City based attorney with over a decade of experience focused on immigration law. He has represented clients across all artistic disciplines to obtain immigration status, including professionals in visual arts, performance, music, culinary arts, fashion, writing, multimedia arts, advertising, and production. Amir has also presented on immigration options for artists to international students, including at SVA and Columbia University.
While he now focuses on the immigration needs of artists applying for extraordinary ability visas, Amir has extensive experience with all areas of immigration law, including family based immigration, treaty investor visas, asylum, removal defense, and other humanitarian relief. He is also an adjunct professor at CUNY Hunter College where he teaches courses on immigration law and policy.
