Mondays, 12-1pm
Are you filled with ideas to enhance your courses but are unsure about where to start? Do you want to try a new approach to conduct discussions? Do you need tips on how to grade large classes or integrate social media? Then, this might be for you! EdTech Brainstorming Hours allow you to meet with colleagues and educational technologists to discuss and talk through a wide range of topics and ideas. Each week, we will feature a topic of the day to explore and discuss amongst your peers. Together, we can find answers to your questions and allow you a space to freely express yourself. At EdTech Brainstorm Hours, you can:
- Discuss how the topic of the day is important and the ways it impacts your teaching
- Share examples of how you’ve approached/solved a pedagogical challenge
- Converse with other faculty to get insights on how they are addressing challenges
- Explore appropriate tech tools for activities and assignments in your courses
- Get ideas for helping students learn and use tech tools
Join us every Monday from 12-1pm on Zoom. No registration required: https://huntercollege.zoom.us/j/88671906262.
