Mobile OneCard Setup

Basic Steps for Mobile OneCard Setup
  1. Install the Transact eAccounts App
  2. Log in using Single Sign On (SSO) with your CUNY Login Credentials
  3. Submit Your ID Photo
  4. Add the Mobile ID to your digital wallet
  5. Enable your digital wallet

Need Help Activating Your Mobile OneCard?

For in-person assistance, our Student Help Desk will be available in the Hunter College West Lobby as follows:
  • Monday, 8/26 – 8am to 8pm
  • Tuesday, 8/27 – 8am to 8pm
  • Wednesday, 8/28 – 8am to 6pm

Understanding Class Locations

Room Numbers

Your courses are listed with a room number that includes the building and floor location. The first letter indicates the building. The first one-two digits indicate the floor.

EB121 = East building basement level room 121
C111 = North building cellar level room 111
E618 = East building 6th floor room 618
W1242 = West building 12th floor room 1242

Building Codes

Code Location
N North Building – enter from 68th St. or 69th St. between Park Ave. and Lexington Ave.
W West Building – enter from southwest corner of Lexington Ave. and 68th St.
B 2, 3, 4 Sportsplex, West Bldg – Take the escalator or stairs down to Athletics and Recreation on the lower levels
E East Building – enter from southeast corner of Lexington Ave. and 68th St.
TH Thomas Hunter Hall – found by going through the North building or entering on Lexington Ave between 68th and 69th St.
C Commons Level, North Bldg – Take the stairs or escalator to the lower level
EB East Basement – In the East Building, take the elevator or stairs from the 3rd floor of the library
