Chemistry Undergraduate Courses

The Department of Chemistry offers courses for undergraduates who plan to major or minor in chemistry, as well as for students pursuing other degrees within the college. Courses for majors prepare the students for professional work and further study in chemistry and other fields of pure and applied science. Courses for the non-science major are designed to introduce students to some of the essentials of chemistry—both fact and theory—to build a foundational understanding of present-day scientific knowledge.
