PROFILE
Batia Tabiv was raised in Israel. She received a BA (honors) majoring in Bible and Talmud from Tel Aviv University and an MA in Halacha- Jewish Theological Seminary, NY, as well as a JD (Law School in NYC). At Hunter College, she teaches Hebrew on all levels including courses in grammar, composition and selected short stories of Israeli writers.
