Prize Winners

You can visit the Office of Student Activities to pick up your prize for the 30-in-30 Challenge. You have until Wednesday, December 14, 2022 to do so.

Monday–Thursday: 11:00 am – 3:00 pm

There are prizes for attendance at 5, 10, 15, 20, 30 events.

Atrocities Against Uyghurs: Law and PoliticsPlease join the Roosevelt House Human Rights Program and Human Rights Watch for a conference that will convene experts, scholars, journalists, and activists at the forefront of the human rights crisis in the Xinjiang region of China. Keynote remarks will be given by Nury Turkel, Chair of the U.S. Commission on International Religious Freedom and author of the memoir No Escape: The True Story of China's Genocide of the Uyghurs.

This celebration focuses on Evelina's commitment to improving the quality of life for Puerto Rican children of the South Bronx. Her work resulted in bilingual education accessible in the South Bronx through United Bronx Parents, food activism and free lunch programs in school, and empowering members of the community to get involved in their children's education.

The Monkeypox Outbreak and LGBTQ Public HealthAcross the country, infectious diseases are spreading at alarming rates and minority communities continue to be disproportionately affected. The LGBTQ Policy Center at Roosevelt House is pleased to present an event examining the impact of the Monkeypox outbreak on New York’s LGBTQ community. Convening politicians, policymakers, medical doctors, and public health advocates, this urgent discussion will consider the public policy oversights and failures that have contributed to the current outbreak and examine what can be done to thwart the spread of the Monkeypox virus, and better prepare for future infectious disease outbreaks.
