Trouble logging into the IT Help portal?

CUNY users have these options from the CUNY login window:

• Use the ‘Forgot password’ link to send a password reset link to your designated recovery email address- (instructions to reset CUNY login password). Use the ‘Forgot Username’ link to retrieve your CUNY Login username and EmplID (instructions to retrieve CUNY Login username).
• If a new user to CUNYfirst – click the ‘New User’ link, (instructions to activate CUNY login). Be prepared to answer several questions and designate an email address where password reset links can be sent. We recommend this account be one that you can access anywhere (eg, using your mobile phone).
• For users who don’t have access to, or have forgotten their recovery email, contact the IT helpdesk to have your CUNYfirst recovery email cleared. You can then start over using the ‘New User’ link.
