Faculty and Staff can contact the Help Desk for the following:
- Technical support for hardware or software incidents on campus issued devices.
- Assistance with resetting passwords for accounts (CUNYfirst, Blackboard, CUNY Portal, Hunter NetID, etc.).
- Desktop support requests, such as having new software installed on your computer.
- Advice and quotes for buying new hardware.
- Advice on choosing software for a new task.
- Telecommunications issues and requests, such as office phone relocations, voicemail assistance, etc.
