In collaboration with the Hunter College Department of Romance Languages, the Office of Education Abroad recommends two USAC programs for students interested in studying French language and culture:
Credits Offered: 3-12 credits
- Session I, or Session I & II — You must apply to USAC by April 1 of the program year (early admission deadline February 15)
- Session II — You must apply to USAC by May 1 of the program year (early admission deadline March 15)
How to Apply
To apply, you must first apply to the Office of Education Abroad, following the Affiliated Programs guidelines. Then complete an application for your chosen program through USAC. See details in Program Description below.
Students are responsible for meeting the payment deadline regardless of funding source, i.e. Macaulay Opportunities Fund, scholarships, loans, or any other type of financial aid. Late fees will be applied to all delayed payments.
Financial Aid: Please be sure to meet with the Financial Aid Office to discuss your particular financial aid package.
- Note that USAC and Gilman scholarship application deadlines are before these programs' application deadlines.
- Students interested in applying for the Gilman scholarship should email Stephen Lassonde at email@example.com.
