Departments define a designated location where employees clock-in/out when reporting for work. The WTTS assembles each entry into a web-based timesheet. At the end of the pay cycle the information is gathered, approved by the manager, and then electronically imported into PR Assist.
There are various methods used by departments to record and report timesheet data. Many departments find the collection of timesheets a very tedious process, and staff spends an inordinate amount of time collecting the timesheets. ICIT has automated the process by implementing payroll guidelines and offering a faster, more effective way of reporting time.
