Hunter College sends student enrollment data to the National Student Clearinghouse during the first week of each semester and subsequently every two weeks.
Online certifications, proof of enrollment and loan deferment information is available for current and previous semesters on the National Student Clearinghouse Student Self-Service site. Please note you must have a Hunter NetID to access this system.
Students may request certifications of their own attendance or graduation in the Office of the Registrar. Students must provide a photo ID for any transaction in the Office of the Registrar. Online certifications, proof of enrollment and loan deferment information for a future semester or a semester that has not started yet will not be available online. Certifications cannot be provided via fax or email.
If your enrollment status was not reported to your lender or you feel that there is a discrepancy, please complete the Clearinghouse Enrollment Audit Form.
